Deadline: Thursday, 29 November 2018 23:59:59 CET

1. Format and name your file following the instructions on the DATE website. Please do not include page numbers in your file.

  • Format your paper to US letter size (8 ½ by 11 inches), NOT A4 settings.
  • DO NOT include page numbers.
  • Use of color may enhance your figures and is encouraged
  • Avoid the use of type-3 fonts since due to conversions by IEEE the original file size will extremely increase in IEEEXplore.

Your file must also meet the IEEE requirements. IEEE Templates are provided for Microsoft Word and LaTex files at www.ieee.org/web/publications/pubservices/confpub/AuthorTools/conference.... For more information see format.pdf.

2. Your file MUST be sent to SoftConf (the same place where you submitted your paper).

The submission tool will automatically check the paper for compatibility with respect to IEEE PDF eXpress.

To upload your PDF file for submission to DATE:

  • connect to https://www.softconf.com/date19/conference and log in with the same credentials you used to submit the paper
  • under the section "Submission(s)", click on "Your current Submission(s)"
  • you will see all submitted papers (both accepted and rejected). Click on the paper for which you want to upload the camera ready
  • click on "Final camera-ready submission"
  • follow the instructions provided in that page

REMARK: during the camera-ready submission procedure, you will be asked to confirm the title and the abstract of your paper.

It is your responsibility to check for the correctness of these data. This data, as well as the author names and author order should be exactly the same as they appear on the submitted PDF.
