51st Design Automation Conference (DAC)

Get ready for the 51st DAC to be held in San Francisco, June 1 - 5, 2014. Continuing the tradition of being in the forefront of electronic design, the 51st DAC will offer outstanding training and education as well as superb networking opportunities. Check out

DAC’s technical program offers the best-in-class solutions that promise to advance electronic design automation (EDA) and embedded systems and software (ESS). DAC 2014 is seeking submissions that deal with design technologies and algorithms, addressing all aspects of electronic design across the following submission categories: research papers, special sessions, panels, tutorials, and co-located conferences and workshops.

To submit a research paper, an abstract must first be submitted by November 22; the full paper is due December 3. See Call for Contributions at for detailed submission instructions.

The 51st DAC accepts contributions spanning 12 EDA and four ESS major topics area, each with a number of sub-topic areas. It also features three special initiatives: IP design, automotive and security. These initiatives will form their own tracks and will include invited talks, embedded tutorials, special sessions/panels and regular research papers.

Asia and South Pacific Design Automation Conference (ASP-DAC 2015)

ASP-DAC 2015 is the twentieth annual international conference on VLSI design automation in Asia and South Pacific region, one of the most active regions of design and fabrication of silicon chips in the world. The conference aims at providing the Asian and South Pacific CAD/DA and Design community with opportunities of presenting recent advances and with forums for future directions in technologies related to Electronic Design Automation (EDA). The format of the meeting intends to cultivate and promote an instructive and productive interchange of ideas among EDA researchers/developers and system/circuit/device designers. All scientists, engineers, and students who are interested in theoretical and practical aspects of VLSI design and design automation are welcomed to ASP-DAC.

Electronic Design and Solution Fair 2013 (EDS Fair 2013)

The Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association (JEITA: Ryoji Chubachi, Chairman / Representative Corporate Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Sony Corporation) will hold the Electronic Design and Solution Fair (EDS Fair) in Yokohama International Peace Convention Center (Pacifico Yokohama) over three days from November 20 (Wednesday) to 22 (Friday), 2013.
EDS Fair is a professional exhibition of the electronic design automation (EDA) industry specializing in design solutions, design technologies and EDA technologies, as well as IP solutions and design services that utilize these. This will be the 14th time this event has been held.
