The Conference Organization has pre-reserved rooms at special rates for all conference delegates in different hotels throughout the city. The listed hotels are located centrally and within walking distance from the conference venue.
The rooms can be booked by contacting the hotels directly and indicating the booking code “DATE 2018”.
The deadline for reservation requests was February 14, 2018. After this date, rooms can be reserved only upon availability.
Kindly note:
- The City of Dresden levies a lodging tax on the hotel rates for private travelling. Business travellers are exempt from this tax but have to provide a confirmation from their employer that they are travelling for professional reasons. Please find detailed information [1] and a template [2] on the webpage of the City of Dresden.
- The listed hotels are sorted by distance from the conference venue (Maritim Hotel & International Congress Center Dresden (ICCD), Ostra-Ufer 2, 01067 Dresden, Germany - view map [3])
- Most of the hotels will ask you for credit card details to secure the booking.
- Prices are per room and night including breakfast and 19% German VAT.
- The Conference Organization acts as intermediary for the hotel bookings and does not assume any liability for the complenetess or correctness of the information provided below. Only the confirmation and information provided directly by the hotel serve as binding documents. The terms and conditions as well as the cancellation policies of the individual hotels apply.
