This is a list of opportunities for how your company can participate in DATE. This list is not exhaustive - please let us know if you have your own creative idea of how your company would like to participate in DATE.

If you become a DATE sponsor you will be listed, and your company logo will appear, in all DATE promotional literature*, in the Exhibitor Guide* and on the DATE web portal.

General Sponsorship/Branding

• Company logo on main sign above entrance of the Nice Acropolis (limited to two companies)
• Company logo on various sites/posterboards within Nice Acropolis (sizes vary)
• Official sponsor of all DATE conference lunches. Includes banners in lunch area, logo on menus, reserved table & lunch tickets
• Official sponsor of the DATE party. This can include banners at the venue, 20 free party tickets, logos on napkins, your own company branded cocktail etc..
• Official sponsor of the Exhibition Drinks Reception. Can include banners in exhibit hall, napkins, leaflets handed out during this period etc...
• Official sponsor of the DATE show bags - includes company logo on bag plus up to 4 pieces in the show bag for free
• Official sponsor of the show lanyards
• Conference delegate passes (maximum of 8)

Meeting Rooms

• Meeting rooms are available for hire. They could be used for private customer meetings or workshops/open presentations. Please ask for availability.

Exhibition Theatre

• Book your company a presentation slot in the Exhibition Theatre in the middle of the show floor

DATE Web Portal

• Web banner on entry page OR registration page of the DATE website
• Option to publish technical white papers and news on DATE website
• Opportunity to send an email to the DATE mailing list in the 3 months preceding/proceeding the event to advertise your DATE activities

Company Promotion

• Booth in the exhibition hall (various sizes and packages available - please ask for details or visit website)
• Full page advert in Exhibitor Guide distributed at show
