When submitting files or exchanging E-mail related to your contribution,
please use the following naming convention.
The file names should include the session ID (s), the paper number (n)
within the session, and the initials of the first author (i) which you received in the
E-mail notifying the acceptance of your paper, all separated by an underline, and
finally followed by the appropriate suffix describing the format (pdf) of the file
Note that only pdf-format are accepted.
For example, if your paper is the second paper in Session 4.3, and
the first author of your paper is John Smith, then s=04.3, n=2, and i=JS, and the
file name should be 04.3_2_JS.pdf. Note the lower case letter,
the use of the underline instead of a hyphen, and the 0's (zero)
in front of the session ID to construct a 2-digit number identifying the session.
