Energy issues are of paramount importance in nanoelectronic devices, circuits and systems of the future. Topics of interest include but are not limited to: new algorithms, design methods, EDA tools and architectures, usable at different levels of abstraction, which will enable significant energy reduction in the implementation of electronic circuits; Hardware and software solutions to address energy management; components of different nature with focus on energy generation and energy saving; power minimization techniques for analog and digital circuits, including novel energy harvesting, battery management, renewable energy subsystems and optimization of system energy efficiency.
