The objective of the emerging technology track is to enable the adoptation of upcoming and future technologies (sub 28/32nm CMOS, MEMS, BIOMEMS, Lab-on-a-chip, 3D integration, nanoscale and molecular scale circuits and systems) in products. Hereto, papers discussing design studies with these technologies, and discussing required design and test solutions are sollicited for. Submissions should have industrial relevance.
