Yes, there are. As you will receive free access to the DATE Conference and Exhibition as a media representative, there are certain requirements which have to be met.

Please see the DATE Media Qualification Requirements and be prepared to provide proof of your media status according to the document when registering for the Press area.

Please note that the web-site registration process for press members is monitored, i.e. the Press Administrator will enable your web account after the requirements are fullfilled and will send you a registration conformation email.

To apply for the the Press Area, please login (or register, if you don't have an account yet) first, and then join here.  - After you have applied to join, the Press Admin will receive an Email. After you send a proof of your media status to the Press Admin, you will be approved or your request will be denied. You will receive an email of notification in both cases then.
